Now I know Michael Schiavo is a turd and downright stupid(in his stupid things he says publicly) but I don't know I honestly believe he is THAT stupid to be saying these things to her nurses!? Unless he knew nothing was going to make a difference? I don't know. I believe Terri should live, I believe that he is a thug, but I question this statement.

This is nothing but hearsay. These are filed affidavits, sworn statements, not hearsay. If the nurses said that another nurse said she heard these statements, that is hearsay. If the nurse heard Michael make the statements, that is not hearsay.

And the Weekly World News. This is just bizarre. In the meantime, there are 10 people dead in a school shooting up in Minne-SO-ta. You just know the world is going to spin right off its axis when a story about a GUN killing 10 people barely rates a mention.

I'm sure Michael and the others who say Terri didn't wish to be kept alive have given sworn statements to that effect. But theirs is considered hearsay. A little double standard maybe?

This is nothing but hearsay. Have you even read the story?
Former caregivers file affidavits supporting allegations
Three medical professionals who had cared for Terri in the past filed affidavits accompanying the lawsuit, disputing Michael Schiavo's claims that his wife was in a "Persistent Vegetative State," which is the requirement under Florida law for a feeding tube to be removed. The medical experts also chronicled a long history of alleged denial of care and therapy by Schiavo.
