If the alcohol in his system caused him to vomit, no.

If the alcohol in his system deprived him of the oxygen, no.

If the alcohol in his system contributed to either (to the point neither would ahve been possible without the alcohol) then again, no.

If the team stiffeld him with a pillow, I would go for manslaughter.

Not exactly. Maybe a contributing/ complicating factor if he vomited & aspirated the stuff into his lungs coupled w/ booze depressing respiration. Wonder about the timeline & his blood alcohol content.

it's called 'Darwinism' :)

Hopefully it will start afflicting a lot of leftist politicians and judges.

Oh, MacDorcha, I in fact agree, But I think a DA somewhere is going to say Hem Rugby players + dead guy (with some mitigation) = TV face time.

Despite the flight attendants' urgent pleas, the couple refused to terminate their airborne lovemaking. Ultimately, the captain had to intervene. It was necessary for him to physically separate the lovers to get them to stop.

Nobody had ever heard of a bucket of ice water? Works wonders when there's no hose handy.

I think if any body acts up on a plane, they should be pulled off immediately after landing, and a bullet put directly into his or her head right on the tarmac in front of all the other passengers. Kind of like how they would handle it in Haiti when "papa doc" was still in power.

Jeez, they didn't have to kill him, they could have just put him off the airplane.

Mohammed Atta and his 18 psychotic Mohammedean pals ruined it for everyone who wants to act like an ass on an aircraft.

After 911 there is no room for jackass misbehaviour on an airplane, as if there ever was.

It's kind of hard to open the door while in the air.

Sounds like a campaing to make passengers submissive again, and susceptible to another attack.

I don't think that's a passenger 747.
