So true. Funny how some freepers here don't see that.
A sad day for this Country (sigh).
Judge Greer doesn't have to probate many estates of wards because they so completely finish them off through robbery before a probate file can be established. When my dad died, I told mom to skip sending paperwork to Judge Greer because it didn't matter to the courts or to Clerk of Courts Karleen DeBlaker. That was 1996. I had no idea it was even worse than I imagined.
"And let's not forget that Richard LaBelle is in charge of the Florida Pooled Trust in his capacity as Disability Advocate for the State."
NOOOO!!!! THE LINK IN THE CHAIN--WASN'T HE IN CHARGE OF INVESTIGATION AGAINST ABUSE OF TERRI????
Texasstar has been in contact with DeLay's office, and is trying to get information to him about Greer.
Executive orders are lawful. They've been written by presidents ever since Washington on a number of different issues.
Contacting the president and ask him to write an executive order immediately. If you cannot reach him, then contact your state senators and representatives.

"I'm not sure we can get it done here in Florida," Martinez quoted (Gov.) Bush as saying just after a new Schiavo measure stalled in the Florida Legislature. "Do whatever you can federally."
This is the Governor of Florida calling for help. Any notion that the Feds have no Constitutional business there is malarky.
Can't help but wonder, where are our leaders? If they are busy fighting to save Terri, fine. It would be nice if they would send someone out and tell us it will be okay. They are losing support and they are getting blood on their hands.
You are exactly right. A sad day for this Country.
Yes he is! Said investigation was stymied by MS. Bull
See my previous posts further up.
He is connected to Barry Cohen who was representing Judge Greer yesterday in Federal Court.
never heard of paragon group.

The tube hasn't been reinserted, has it?
I wonder the same thing. They are saying nothing, that scares me. And yes, by sitting back and doing nothing they too will have blood on their hands.
strip searched. for hand lotion, water, cameras, tape recorders, cell phones, ice cubes, spoons, weapons... The Schindlers are not to be trusted. (sarcasm tag). They also have to show ID before they pass the cop line at all entrances. Nazis in training. Pinellas Park PD.
Every one of the phone lines for the senators was busy ... will try again later ...
OH, FLORIDUH VOTER.
How can we ever repay you for LEADING THE FIGHT to save the victims of Woodside.
When I see your name on the board, I am always awed by your strength and grace.
FIGHT FOR TERRI!
That goes without saying. I hope someday to see Schiavo sitting next to Scott Peterson in San Quentin.
Was just hoping for a more immediate remedy to remove HINO as one who is authorized to make decisions. ;-)
they have judge greer's Mandate to starve and dehydrate Terri to death. there is no mandate for Michael to go in there and smother Terri with a pillow. I'm glad that her door remains open.
Where are you reading that...about tube re-insertion???
