No, it doesn't mean we go to Atlanta because the evil judge has not handed down his final decision. He's dragging his feet hoping she'll die first.

He claimed he knew this last night when the judge wouldnt' get up to hook Terri up with water last night.

Bob Frank says the judge he "wasn't convinced that it met the likelihood the case would be successful."

Federal action is only temporary. Now back to Florida to write state legislation to favor Terri?

Justices can act immediately at the Appeals Court level, a variety of processes, they will file immediately.

Fox is now saying it'll take time before going to Atlanta. At first they said it wasn't his "final" decision but now they're talking about Atlanta. Don't know if the decision is or isn't final at this time.

Could it be that the one point of re-inserting the tube can be taken to Atlanta?

They are talking as if this is a separate issue.

The problem is that he is a Florida judge. These guys have been protecting one another for 5 years.

Enough said. Was there anything good that came out of those 8 dark years?

They are now going to appeal to the 11th circuit.

The 11th Circuit can accept the appeal of the emergency motion to re-insert the tube. It can't rule on the full case, yet, since that's still being adjudicated at the district court.

I don't see that, though it would be great for a change, if true. He has to be aware of the huge issue the feeding tube is. Those with Terri see her literally drying up and greatly weakening before their very eyes. Then the judge is quoted as sayng well, she live as long as 6 days the last time, so there is no hurry to rule. I'm sorry, but that does not compute. Why did he not give her relief, even an IV, anything, while all this researching you suggest? There is no excuse I can think of. Also, on this thread, others have proof that a good friend of the Judges was at the hearing in Tampa, though why, no one can figure out. The friend is known as an adult porn industry kingpin in that part of FL, and there seems to be outright proof that he is good friends with the judge, and it is not something hidden in a corner. And at the hearing, for pity sake? Why?? Then the information that he was there, which came from a blog, was apparently deleted from the original material, after some here noticed it and began to mention it. Be that as it may, overall, I get a bad feeling about this judge, centering mostly around his inexcusable treatment of Terri and her family.

I've been listening to FNC for about 30 minutes, and haven't heard ANYthing directly from the 11th Circuit, yet.

The 11th have to decide if they will hear it or not. That ruling would take affect while appealing, while Schizvo was appealing
It would go for a re-hearing first at the 11th before the entire court rather than just 3. If rebuffed then up to the US Supreme Court.

Scoop has been hot on their trail and I do believe there is something else even bigger than what's been found so far. It's very strange that Redner attended the court yesterday!

If anyone can help search news articles from the Pinellas area, seems that there was a bust where cops were offering sex in exchange for lighter sentences or no charges at all.

Whittemore not ruling anymore on this case. Looks like the whole thing goes to the 11th Circuit. Whittemore might have ruled on the whole case, not just the emergency injunction.

JUDGE REFUSES TO ALLOW TERRI'S FEEDING TUBE TO BE REINSERTED

Judge Won't Order Feeding Tube Reinsertion

ASSOCIATED PRESS

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) -

0321schiavo-am A federal judge on Tuesday refused to order the reinsertion of Terri Schiavo's feeding tube, denying an emergency request from the brain-damaged woman's parents.

The ruling by U.S. District Judge James Whittemore comes after feverish action by President Bush and Congress on legislation allowing her contentious case to be reviewed by federal courts.

The Congess still can legislate to perhaps find a test. Congress he says can do some things.

I should take back that he's orgasmic. he says "this is a very exciting time in the law"...maybe it's just the law stuff and not her murder whih thrills him.

At least they're all saying "EVERYONE IS WORKING QUICKLY."
