Someone is looking to the info about gaurdianship fraud

Sorry if this isn't what you're looking for, but I'm headed off to bed and just wanted to check in briefly, so I've not read the past few hundred posts. ;o) The Empire Journal article on Schiavogate regarding "conspiracy, collusion, fraud" on behalf of Greer and the hospice industry can be found here.

Thank you. You know at one time Christians actually believed and acted on in deferring any artificial means, including feeding tubes, to sustain life for their loved ones. As I stated earlier on another thread, I can't believe it but I'm going to have to get a living will to keep the views of these faux conservatives out of how I die

The group working to get therapy and rehabilitative services for Terri alleges an improper link between the husband's attorney, George Felos, and court-appointed physician Dr. Peter Bambakidis, who was charged with providing an impartial review of the medical evidence in the case. Felos refused to comment on the allegation.

"Supporters of Terri believe that attorney George Felos had a personal relationship with either the Bambakidis family or with Peter Bambakidis prior to Dr. Peter Bambakidis being assigned as an independent examining physician in April of 2002," said Pamela Hennessy, spokeswoman for the group.

Hennessy referred to marketing materials distributed by Felos in which he lists some of the professional and social organizations in which he holds membership.

"A member of the Florida Bar and Clearwater Bar Association, Felos served as a member of the Clearwater Bar Appellate Law Committee, as governor of the American Hellenic Education Progressive Association (AHEPA), and as chair of numerous National Association of Securities Dealers arbitration panels," the document states.

AHEPA is a Greek fraternal organization that counts among its members Gust Bambakidis, chairman of the physics department at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio and the older brother of Peter Bambakidis.

The elder Bambakidis confirmed to CNSNews.com Tuesday that it was his brother, Peter, who testified in the Terri Schindler Schiavo case.

"He was down in Florida because he was, I think he was asked to be an expert witness in a case. I think that's what that was all about" Gust Bambakidis said.

Gust Bambakidis said his younger brother is not a member of AHEPA, which was confirmed by the group's national headquarters. The older brother also said that he does not know George Felos.

An innocent woman is dying of thirst in a death house in Florida, and we have to ask the President to help her.

"I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.'...'Depart from me, you accursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you gave me no food, I was thirsty and you gave me no drink..."

God Almighty, we beg You to comfort your daughter, Terri. Cluster Your angels around her and her family.

Fate led me to a reference to a Saint for desperate situations last friday night. So I prayed to,(This is no joke, he is listed in the earliest Roman Martyrology), SAINT EXPEDITUS, for Terry. And I asked others to pray to him as well. Last night, in an unusual way, I woke up around 2:00 and was wide awake. I checked the news with Newsmax and read a story of Bush signing the bill. The story actually used the phrase that the bill had been passed.."on an EXPEDIDTED calendar." May be coincidence, may be the Saint was letting me know that yes he was around! Pray to St. Expeditus, St. Joseph, and St. Mary. Time is slipping away.

So what kind of hold does this Scientology cult hold over the city of Clearwater? Is it financial? Or something else? Is Terri being 'sacrificed' for some reason tied to Scientology that the rest of us don't understand?

The president can write an executive order to get Terri into a hospital immediately. It is not breaking any law to do so. The judge can still take time to ruminate over this case. This action would not interfere with the judge. And since Greer already flaunted a Congressional subpoena his ruling is highly questionable.

Executive orders are lawful. They've been written by presidents ever since Washington on a number of different issues.

Contacting the president and ask him to write an executive order immediately. If you cannot reach him, then contact your state senators and representatives.

Felos has been described as "a right-to-die activist, new-age guru lawyer with a messed up personal history." Felos has authored a book called "Litigation as Spiritual Practice" published by Blue Dolphin Publishing. The ad for the book calls him "a nationally recognized expert in right-to-die cases." It notes "He is best known for the landmark case that helped establish an individual's constitutional right to refuse or have withdrawn unwanted medical treatment, Guardianship of Browning, and the current case of a vegetative young woman, Terri Schiavo."

Right-to-Die activists play on the term "medical treatment" suggesting that it includes being given food and water. They suggest that patients who are not otherwise dying but are unable to ingest food by mouth should be allowed to refuse (or have withheld) food and water and thus die by starvation. Pro-life leaders in Holland have warned that a case along those very lines opened the door to euthanasia in the Netherlands.

A special on Felos published in the St. Petersburg Times in 2001 revealed that Felos, has taken on about 10 right-to-die cases in the last decade. The in depth interview with Felos notes he is into meditation, yoga, and inviting friends over to chant, "I am that I am. I am that I am." Of his beliefs he told the paper, "I believe that Christ was God incarnate and was resurrected. But, by the same token, I believe that there were other incarnations of God as well."

He relates that in one case similar to Terri's he stared into the woman's eyes and while she could not speak he claims his spiritual side heard her soul cry out "Why am I still here?"

The paper also reported that he was in the final stages of a divorce from his second wife.

Do these Scientologists wield some sort of influence over the judiciary in the Pinellas area? Payola, perhaps?

I don't have the specifics on this computer, but their real estate holdings approach 50 % in some of the immediated cities I recall. It is their world headquaters. Fort Harrison Hotel, stay away from there.

A court decision banning a Northland man from owning dogs indefinitely is effectively a lifetime ban and is the first time such a penalty has been imposed under the 1999 Animal Welfare Act, the Bay of Islands SPCA says. The decision came after a man allowed his two dogs to starve to a point just short of death. One had to be put down after SPCA intervention.

EXACTLY. I woke this morning after 3 hours of sleep hoping to find she had her feeding tube put back in. I hope I don't wake up tomorrow morning finding that it still hasn't been put in. But I don't have any faith that it will happen.

Thanks .. we all know about Felos and his affiliations.

Litigation As Spiritual Practice by George J. Felos

Listen to this hogwash:

"Product Description:

As the legal advocate of his client's right to die, Attorney George Felos plumbed the depths of death and dying and spearheaded a social revolution to enable death with dignity in the state of Florida. Felos uses this case and a decade-long tax battle with the United States Justice Department - sending him to Hong Kong's back alleys in search of antique jades and ivories - as framework to interweave the story of his law practice and spiritual unfoldment.

Litigation as Spiritual Practice describes the excitement and drama of the courtroom, and the ecstasy and anguish of spiritual evolution in a combative environment. "

His "spiritual enfoldment????" HIS SPIRITUAL DECAY!!!

I also wonder, if Jodi told HINO she WANTS to be STRANGELED TO DEATH. The evidence of an attempted strangulation is staggering and I'm sick about the disgusting law enforcement in Clearwater.

May God Help us. Terri is being MURDERED, YET AGAIN.
