It's a hearing to get the tube restored.
Gibbs sounds good, calm, peaceful.
no problem, all of us have been worried, nervous and upset for a long time and many of us are not sleeping properly. We all want Terri to live and we have come not to trust any Judge. The law gave Terri a chance to have her case heard again and we have to wait.
Felos describing the reinserting of the feeding tube.
(like it's worse than a c-section he's carrying on)
Mrs. Schiavo does not want to have surgery.
Fanciful claims by the Schindlers.
Is that on the radio now? Can someone please post a link?
If she didn't want surgery, they WHY DID HE REMOVE IT?
Well, he is the "chief executive" and is supposed to enforce the law. He has plenty of legal wiggle room if he will use it now. It would be a great way to strike a blow at the runaway judiciary. Maybe GWB is too conservative to take such a life-saving action. As I have said long ago either the late Lawton Chiles or former President Clinton would have long ago rescued a member of their Democrat coalition from such a nightmare scenario. And they would have not worried in the least about the legal niceties, would they have?
Felos = PURE EVIL
Atty Gibbs is telling Sean H. that they are hopeful. Link at www.hannity.com
You think the fix is in?
There is simply no way this clintoid will rule in Terri's favor: he would be blackballed from the judicial dishonor society if he did.
There ARE some good Freepers living there, but they might want to hit the road before hurricane season if their Judiciary murders Terri.
nice people don't let others starve to death.. he's toying with the Schindlers as a cat toys with a mouse.. bleeding hearts only seem to bleed for murderers and rapists..
Thanks!
yes, I think the judge predecided the case.
we are left to wonder if this clinton appointee has the general lawyer disdain for Republican dominance and for GWBush for signing the law.
Of course the fix is in. I think the Democrat congressman Sunday night would have had smiles on their faces, instead of outrageous frowns, had they known the luck of the draw they would have today.
It is a horror to be kept artificially alive for so many years without ability to move or communicate.
There is a prayer to the Lord to grant us "the Christian ending to our life, painless, blameless and peaceful". We should not cling to life at any price, or worse preventing others from going away.
He almost surely disdains Bush, but he probably is a strong personal believer in euthanasia as well. Could he have Scientology connections?
Unfortunately; that doesn't help Terri one damn bit. Can ANYONE even fathom what this woman must be going through, while this pig judge sits down to dinner with his family?
