Because it was his wife's wishes to be taken illegally to a hospice (only dying people are legally allowed to reside there and there was NO doctor's signature on the document)..and then AFTER hubby got the malpractice money and moves in with his girlfriend suddenly remembers..OH SHE DOESN"T WANT TO LIVE ANYMORE... but i'm sure terri wanted that..and she also wanted to be denied sunlight, rehabilitation, medical attention for infections, human contact and other basic human needs...

YOu are unbelievably misinformed. 19 judges did NOT rule in favor of Terri. One judge ruled in favor of Michael (Greer) and 16 did not rule at all.

If this judge rules in favor of starving Terri to death, I believe there are other avenues - for example, Gov Jeb Bush getting off his butt and taking Terri into protective custody so that charges of abuse, neglect and exploitation reported to Dept of Children & Families can be investigated.
