Today Rush announced that on Tuesday the repubs held a "secret" meeting - and only one item was discussed - WHEN AND HOW TO IMPLEMENT THE "CONSTITUTIONAL OPTION".

So .. it looks like all our screaming has had some effect - and was re-fortified yesterday when the Rush listeners inundated McConnell's office re the Boston Globe story.

What a great platform to start demanding term limits for the Supremes---an well as Congress. Mark Levin likes 12 years for SCOTUS and so do I. I think 12 also works great for both the HOUSE and SENATE. We have plenty of poster children making the case for term limits. Fill in your favorite example here-------

If "fire the liar" worked before then "short the court" might be close to what's needed now----

Mobilizing people for a protest march can certainly demonstrate the dissatisfaction of conservatives toward the court. There is however, a better way to change the composition of the Court, and ultimately its behavior. Please take a look at this effort. If you and your marchers contact and convince Rush to lead the Reagan Renaissance, the problem of the Court will be effectively resolved.

These five articles outline a simple, but very effective way to quickly recover the Constitutional Republic that we have lost to the socialists that now control our government. The keys to realizing the Reagan Renaissance are found here:

We can stop the madness before it is too late. But it will take leadership from people like yourself.

"It is remarkable to see how relatively numerous in declining empires are the people capable of making the right diagnosis and preaching some sensible cure. It is no less remarkable, however, that wise utterances remain generally sterile, because, as Gonazles de Cellorigo forcefully put it while watching impotently the decline of Spain, "those who can will not and those who will cannot."
Carlo M. Cipolla: "The Decline of Empires"

"..history will record with the greatest astonishment that those who had the most to lose did the least to prevent its happening."
Ronald Reagan, Time for Choosing, 1964."

If you can get the members of FreeRepublic and your marchers to support the agenda outlined in this series of articles, FreeRepublic will have a great opportunity to live up to its Mission Statement of restoring our Constitutional Republic and can end the Court's rewriting of the Constitution from the bench.

Click here to send Rush an email.

Instead of calling the March for Justice a protest, make the March a platform for providing people the solution to the problem:

From another site:

"Eighty-two Percent of Voters Say Qualified Judges Should Get Up or Down Vote in Senate

A national, scientific survey of 800 registered voters reveals that an overwhelming majority of Americans believe that qualified candidates for our nation’s highest courts deserve and up or down vote in the in the US Senate. The survey further revealed that Americans want partisan politics removed from the judicial confirmation process and that our Judges should focus on applying existing laws and not attempt to make new law in the courtroom."

Given this, your march will be an absolute success if well advertised and funded. This statistic suggests that the only people on the other side of this question are the 10% or so of Americans who are extreme left wing socialists or communist. The majority of democrats are on your side according to the statistics.

I will try, JimRob. I'm trying to advance by four weeks a business meeting in Maryland so I can make it. If I can make the necessary changes, I'll be in Prince Frederick. Is anyone driving on the 7th from that vicinity to D.C.?

Jim, the missus and I are planning to come.

We've also sent a little cash to defray expenses.

As an alumni on MFJ-I, how could I not be there?

It would be nice to have some of the original MFJ-I speakers like Ann Coulter and ReJoyce.Ollie North and Mark Levin(a Freeper)would be great invited speakers.

I would hope that Rush,Sean, and Laura Ingraham and Mark Levin would get behind this and publicize this event.
