IMO, Jackson was hoping to "call in sick" in hopes that the judge would excuse him for a medical reason, and Jackson's plan backfired. Bet he was shocked to learn the judge wasn't buying it. Wonder if Jackson's mommy offered to send a note with him?

There is also much speculation whether the judge is going to revoke the bail anyway. I am sure that the judge is going to have a rather nasty little tongue lashing for the Gloved One. This little adventure is going to put a lot of doubt in the jury's mind. According to the clock, he had under 4 minutes to appear.
