Naw...that's too easy. Stake him out on a fire an hill, using wet leather thongs, and pour honey in all his orifices. Let the sun and the ants do their jobs.

"Sad thing about it is that "28 years " is not really 28 years. Probably more like 4 or 5 to do real time."

Yea, but the "joyous" thing is that when some of the boys find out what he's in for, he'll be lucky to make it 4-5 weeks, IMO.... My mother is a principle where a youth minister abused 3 boys in the parish. After his POS attorney used every bullsh*t arguement he could, including believ it or not that his "client" actually caught two of the boys in a homosexual act and now they are making up their story against him because he was going to report it.... In comes my mom to save the day, the day in question that this as*hole said he caught these kids together, one of them was out of school all week. Way to go mom!!! She was deposed last week on it and I just hung up with her an hour ago. The guy took a plea, apparently 10 yrs (not sure if that is per victim or rolled together) My mom said she didn't think it was harsh enough for what he did. My answer was the same as it is with the guy in this story. Too many inmates have kids, they tend to "frown" upon child abusers. He'll be luck to last a month...

We can only hope it's without the possibility of parole. And that he will drop his guard just long enough for someone to take care of him.

Yepper. They put these guys on "suicide watch" because it explains why they are isolated. If they mix with the other inmates, they won't last any time at all.

You know I am so sick of reading about these low life bastards and what they are doing to children. I wish the old cowboy days were back so they could just hang em or shoot em. Even that is too good.

(Even if you could, I doubt you would.)

You couldn't be more right.... That being said I doubt I'd run in the same circles this guy would... :) Maybe, I'm just having a bigger problem with this whole thing than most or I'm just looking too close at this part of the story, but why??? Why stake your rep? Why is "NO F'ing Bail" not the answer??

Even using your example above, what if he did have property worth the bond or what if he does end up with scumbag friends who do pay? It may be a what if, but why the hell take that chance? If he was God forbid released, if that was you, would you actually show up at the time of trial?? Obviously, please know I'm not trying to be confrontational (can't always tell on computer, lol!) I guess I just wouldn't take the chance.

Well, first of all, I ain't a guy, and I feel very strongly about child predators. Here's a hypothetical for you: IF the guys gets out on bail, what makes you think he will be ABLE to return for trial?

He most likely has a history of molestation, and if so, he has been put on a "watch roster". If that is so, his neighbors know where he lives. To carry the theory a little bit farther, he could set his house on fire just before he ties himself to the bed, or commit suicide by being shot in the back just before he hangs himself.

I suspect the guy would actually be afraid of being released. At least for now.

Too fast, too nice.
[and yeah, I'm very prejudiced on this subject because I had a "weird uncle" who went unpunished...send that freak to my house for a "visit"...I have a *lot* of [un]repressed anger and a wealth of "creativity" stockpiled]...>:-)

This is vile... I can only wish him an excrutiating, drawn out death, and that he continue to suffer the worst Hell has to offer... I'm sure the left will defend him to the end...

Andrew requested an upside-down crucifixion because he believed himself unworthy of a death like Christ's so I'd vote that idea out.
He needs an appropriate demon's punishment.

Holy cow, and you go by "Monkey Face"? :) just kidding, I checked out your about page and it sounds like you have quite a family to be very proud of...

Is it wrong or sinful to say I really like your hypothetical?

Love me, love my hypothetical. LOL!

(Thanks for the kudos about my family. Serving is the least we can do.)

As far as hypotheticals are concerned, I suspect I'm rather more logical than most women, but that's because I have spent a lifetime trying to understand LIFE! Human nature being what it is, the guy wouldn't last long if he were released. Let's hope he doesn't know that. (ERK!)

Go say it on DU, not only would they not ban you, they'd probably go as far as to disagree... :)

"Secret Service and local authorities arrested Kraft at his home Tuesday night and executed a search warrant on his home and computer. Police said they were able to stop the broadcast before it occurred.

Investigators are continuing to examine the computer, Longnecker reported.

A woman who lived with Kraft said she has had five children with him, ages 6 to infant. She said social services arrived to take the children Wednesday morning, but refused to say why."
