Wales was a gun-banning, anti-Freedom, communist lawyer of the first order.
Everyone's Constitutional Rights are safer now he's with Pol Pot, Lenin, Stalin, and Marx.
Sorry -- misread my pocket calender. You are correct. Monday 28 February -- both the BATF raid and the Judge's family murdered.
And maybe the OKC bombing -- Iraqi agents possibly. Chicago has a big muslim population, easy access and egress to Canada.
And just like the Bojinka plot meeting in the Phillipines -- this could be a mix of nut cases and muslim terrs.
The war on white people continues...
I know the extremists like the White Power, Aryan Nation types can and could be dangerous but we can thank God that it is few and far between and is usually the "lone wolf" type when it happens. (Disclaimer, this does not discount the threats they pose at all) Even so, they must be monitored but I foresee a much more dangerous foe on the far, far left to where if and when they keep losing their political power, they are of the ilk to resort to "The Weathermen" type tactics much like in the 1960's and 1970's. Well, we are seeing it already with the loonie greenies like the Earth Liberation Front and the Animal Liberation Front. Heck, go over to read what many of the DUmmies write over at Democratic Underground, they can be loony but funny but there are times they are loony but scary too.
Lefkow discovered the bodies Monday night, February 28th.
The initial BATF assault & firefight occurred Sunday morning February 28th.
What about it? If I'd just signed on today I think I'd consider my thoughts with a little more care. You seem like you just want to argue, without having a valid point to make.
Try not to be so obtuse from now on.
In other words, being good muslims.
Muhammad was an active Seattle nation of islam terrorist in the mid 1990's. The Seattle nation of islam gang headquarters is literally across the street from a muslim terrorist HQ that was raided by the feds a couple months ago.
But there's no connection.
Yes, the media inundated us for weeks with a multitude
of "former" profilers. All of whom were wrong! Anyone
who examines what profilers do realizes immediately that
it is 60% common sense (looking at past criminal data
for commonalities) and 40% guesswork. These people pose
as "experts" but are just poseurs. On the main subject,
however, there are many legal scholars and criminologists
who believe there should be no separate legal category
for "hate crimes". This gets into the murky area of
motives and intent and many feel that if A murders B
A should receive the due penalty for murder -- regardless
of whether A didn't like B's ethnic, etc. group. And
should NOT receive a more or less severe penalty based
on speculation about subliminal motives. In other words,
do TIME FOR THE CRIME COMITTED and don't start introducing
gradations and separate penalty schemes.
Motives are entirely relevant because they point to a propensity to commit the acts again.
I didn't articulate my ideas very clearly. Sorry. I didn't
mean to suggest that motives have no bearing in a criminal
case. Obviously they do and the law clearly recognizes
that. I was merely trying to state -- as have many legal
scholars and criminologists - that establishing a separate
legal category for "hate crimes" suggests that somehow a
murder (to pick an example) should be punished by a harsher
standard than some other "ordinary" murder -- regardless
of whatever motives were in play in either case. I hope
that clears it up. To put it crudely, a damned murder is
a damned murder!
In that case, I completely agree. Cheers
After watching the radio guy and hearing his views, I rushed to FR to catch the latest on what was being said.
The silence on this board is rather disturbing? Where are the articles about this?
What about the threats to "other judges"....and yes, they were real threats.
Isn't anyone else bothered by this?
Do you think that spraypainting a swastika on the wall of a synagogue should be treated the same as spraypainting a "tag" on the wall of a warehouse, then?
