Well .. I doubt the Joint Chiefs have the time to read FR - but some of their staff might. Who knows - but it will be Bush who determines if we shoot a missle out of the sky. I certain don't believe the President wants to provoke retalliation against America from NK - and as a resident of the West Coast of America, with family in the Northwest - I don't want to see missles coming my direction.
