"Not knowing what to do with it, she wrapped it up, put it in a drawer and forgot about it."
Sure she did, same with the drugs too I guess.

AUTOMATIC 1 year in jail, right? Isn't that the law?
To: Syntyr
Gun control for thee but not for me.

Since her son's death, Stevens has become involved in the anti-gun-violence movement. She helped establish and is president of a Springfield chapter of the Million Mom March, an organization that aims to prevent gun violence. Sounds to me like a Gang Banger Den Mother has been ripping off a bunch of suburban Soccer Moms. LOL. A bet an audit of that Million Moron chapter books would be interesting.

Reminds me of the Million Mom March organizer who SHOT someone she thought was involved with the death of her son. Turns out she SHOT the wrong guy!

Sammy ''The Bull'' Gravano has, by his own admission, sent 19 men to their graves. So it's safe to say that the former underboss of the Gambino crime family knows a thing or two (or 19) about guns and violence.
That's why his recent remarks about gun control, published in Vanity Fair, have resonance.
''Gun control?'' Sammy pondered. ''It's the best thing you can do for crooks and gangsters. I want you to have nothing. If I'm a bad guy, I'm always going to have a gun. Safety locks? You pull the trigger with a lock on, and I'll pull the trigger. We'll see who wins." -- VANITY FAIR 9/99 page 165 Sammy the Bull Gavano

It is in MA.
I learned that during pistol training last year: mandatory year in jail for improperly stored firearms. But of course, I'm not in IL.
Throw in drugs, an unlicensed owner, and an illegal (altered) weapon, 1 year in jail should be the least of her worries.

Authorities said they obtained a search warrant for the residence as part of an ongoing investigation of a recent series of drive-by shootings. IMO,sounds like this lady could have been driving around creating scenes to further the 'cause',hmmmmmmmmmmm?
