You're so very welcome. My personal favorite today is actually the one taken last November of GWB and Lynn Swann. I think it's fabulous news that Swann is exploring a run for PA governor as a Republican!

Well, in 11 more days, I will get to hug the heck out of her. We leave on the 10th for SA. She is really doing well. though they got a new TI in midstream. The other one wasn't tough enough :(

That is mine too. Swann would make a great PA gov. I'm next door in OH and we would LOVE to see Rendel GONE!

Swann sure has an infectious smile. Makes me smile just looking at that pic.

I don't know what time the dinner starts. If it's was around 7:00pm Washington time, that would have been 4:00pm Pacific. It's 6:00pm here now -- 9:00pm Eastern. Seems awfully late for the dinner to be starting now. Maybe the people who put up the news photos on their website have gone home for the day.

I probably shouldn't chuckle, but can't help it. Gonna have to see if we can get you a latte machine or something, LOL!

Gee, somehow I missed our media reporting about the "crowd of thousands" that stood out in the snow waiting to greet our President in Slovakia. (/sarcasm)

Hi Wolfstar, thanks for the Dose. Evening Dosers!

Absolutely we are proud. We finally got our telescopic flagpole unfrozen and were able to put up a great big Air Force flag. The US and USAF flags flying in the front yard with the spotlights shining at night really makes my heart swell. *sigh*

Well that sounds like the very picture of Americana!

I always love driving by a house a night and seeing a flagpole lit up.

Thanks for the heads up. Here we go:

Yahoo caption says this is actually a state dinner for the governors. Classy...

Virginia Gov. Mark Warner and the President (who looks fabulous in a tux).

Delivering his remarks to the governors.
