That dear Sir, is the key to the debate.

Human decisions so far are keeping her living.

Now if Freepers are willing to remove Terri from the hospital, keep her on life support, and provide for her continued care, I will personally finance my fair share of this operation.

Put up, or shut up!

If it is not clear by now, no one should ever do a living will. In Florida the health care surrogate is legal. It's a power of attorney for health care and does not necessarily say to pull the plug. It gives authority to someone you trust if you cannot give it yourself to do whatever your expressed wishes were. IMO it is getting to the point where we all need to do a reverse living will if we want to live after injury or illness. Be careful about what you sign going into the hospital, and be careful when the doctor's office wants to 'update your file.' They want you to sign their living will.

Because the fight is bigger than Terri. What has happened to her has happened to others but now the public is becoming aware and understanding the stakes.

"In 1994, emigree billionaire Geroge Soros wrote a check for $15 million to finance the Project on Death in America (PDIA). Its goal was to “transform the culture of death in the United States.” By 2003 when the PDIA ended its grant making and closed the program, it had distributed $45 million to organization and individuals working on end-of-life issues. Altho, the project is closed the work goes on. Is a large part of that work to make doctor-assisted suicide legal? It would seem so."

I came to the conclusion that Soros was at the core of the Terri Schindler-Schiavo case in September, 2003.  As this article mentions, by December, 2003, Soros closed the Project on Death in America and eliminated most of the web links.  PDIA's objectives and projects are now layered and obscured within many other 'agencies'.

There has always been much more to gain here than the paltry sum MS got in his 'settlement'.

Amen freepertoo!! In fact, I heard a Catholic Priest on MSNBC this morning, giving instances where the Catholic Church SANCTIONS EUTHANASIA!! I was horrified. Even if that is so, which I STRONGLY disagree with, WHY would he say such a thing at such a sensitive time as now??? Some of the Catholicism needs to be taken out of this fight. It's NOT about what the Catholic Church thinks, this is about what God Almighty thinks. And HE does NOT sanction man taking man's life under ANY circumstances. Christianity is NOT a religion, it is a relationship, a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.!!

IF God wanted Terri home HE would have taken her, she wouldn't have to be murdered to get there. This girl WANTS to live. Since when does God need our help to take his children home???? Geesh

I think we need an exorcist on this thread. Does anyone happen to have one handy?

Has anyone said Terri's thalamus is liquified? I didn't think so.

They're working from old beliefs and show their antiquity as such.

Perhaps there's been posts relating to what others can do to help. I'm willing to make a trip to FL. We can gather outside the facility and form a human chain around it. How about a candle light vigil? The Dems are big on candlelight vigils outside prisons when they're executing someone. That would be very appropriate. Hopefully, this could be a candlelight vigil so huge it would light up the whole sky.

The frying pan is about to get very hot!
If you haven't read this article you MUST read it! There has been a cover up which is in the process of being exposed.

FLORIDA DCF SEEKS 60-DAY
STAY IN SCHIAVO DEATH WARRANT
McCabe Conflict Requires Special Prosecutor
http://theempirejournal.com/0225051_florida_dcf_seeks_60.htm

Also if you're so inclined there is a Petition to Impeach Judge Greer

http://www.petitiononline.com/ijg520/petition.html

There are many more articles at The Empire Journal, almost every one of them exposes something the reporter has discovered and no one else bothered to dig into it.

Human decisions so far are keeping her living

As human decisions are also trying to kill her off.

As human decisions (your own) are keeping you alive.

So you are saying that Terri should die because she doesn't deserve the dignity of trying to live, breaking from the monster of her so called "husband', live with her parents to at least receive therapy to possibly live with a chance of better quality?

She has nothing in writing stating her so called "intentions" as stated by her "husband" (gag). If she had, you and the rest of the grim reapers on FR would have a valid argument.

In the meantime, you and many others are willing to sit here on a high perch, and and deny her parents the right to try therapy, something promised in court that has withheld by her soon to be murderous husband.

I thank my lucky stars I am not married to someone like you.

So you are saying that

Your accuracy stops there.
The rest of that garbage was either said by someone else or simply made up.

Are you drunk?

I think the lawyers that made that decision based it on the amount of money they risked either going to court verses what they risked cutting a deal and cut a deal.

I think that actually going to court and appealing to a jury's decision was the last thing they wanted to do with a weak case or not.

And no, they were not going to play Miss Marple and try to delve into anything resembling Truth about it.

They couldnt care less I am sure.

There's already vigils going on in front of the hospice. One lady who lives next door to the hospice is there every day for hours. I believe she's in a wheelchair.

Maybe the size of the vigil needs to expand. I'm sorry, I don't even know the city where this is happening.
