It's hard for me to be chariatable.

I totally understand.

Especially concerning CVN-72 USS Lincoln.

Most of the public was not made aware of WHY President Bush landed on the Lincoln, to personally deliver JOB WELL DONE.

The crews of the Lincoln swear it is cursed.

Desert Storm: The Lincoln was called upon (after being on a full tour of duty ) to turn around and provide massive support for the war, pretty much singlehandedly (meaning it and it's group)

Freedom of Iraq: The Lincoln crew was returning from 3 month tour of duty, and had to turn around and ended up staying for 8 months. The largest dust storm in recent history in the mideast grounded all other flight, all ships (carrier groups, etc) had to leave or were caught inside the storm area.

The crew and pilots of the Lincoln provided air support 24/7 for 8 months, TOTALLY BY THEMSELVES.

The pilots had to fly in 6-foot visibility, with sand pelting the aircraft the entire time.

The LINCOLN was racing AWAY from IRAQ as fast as possible to keep ahead of the dust storm. Every time the aircraft returned to the LINCOLN, it was further and further away. If the LINCOLN had been unable to keep ahead of the storm, it is highly probable the pilots would have died, as they would not been able to land.

The TSUNAMI disaster: The LINCOLN, ONCE AGAIN, had to turn around after finishing a tour of duty and go help the victims.

President Bush landed a fighter on the deck of the LINCOLN when it was on a still sea, at rest. But if anyone think this is easy, they have never landed a plane on an AC.

He did so to show his respect for what the pilots did in impossible conditions. Only a person who can land a jet on an AC could understand the true hardship these pilots and crews went through. He did not do this as a 'show for the voting public'. As a matter of fact, neither he nor anyone in his administration ever countered the MSM with the real explanation of why he did so. Why not? Because what he did was between him and the pilots/crew of the LINCOLN. Those who wanted the truth could find out. Those who would ignore the truth weren't worth notifying.

The crews of the LINCOLN are heroes, over and over and over. The LINCOLN has come through in impossible situations EVERY TIME IT WAS NEEDED. There were and are truly men of inestimable courage and strength on that ship.

That the libs/dems in this country berated the action of the President, mislead the public (because the dems like Hillary and Kerry knew EXACTLY WHAT THE LINCOLN HAD BEEN THROUGH) makes them especially traitorous and proves they would sacrifice you , me , or anyone else that got in their way of the means to power.

I wish everyone was aware of what the LINCOLN and her crews accomplished.

They deserved much much more than they got.

P.S. The only advice I can give is that the answer to your concern is in the Bible.

Love your enemies. If asked for a piece of cloth, give the entire shirt off your back. If asked to take a step further, walk a mile.

We know what corruption others are capable of, and how much of our 'support' gets misappropriated.

But, most victims will receive our goods, our help, our financial support. They will survive, and may lead better lives. We can hope they recognize our 'sacrifice' and that it makes our world better.

That makes the whole thing worth it. If my support saved one child, I am happy. I would not deny that one child, due to the actions of the corrupt around the world.

Remember, (the corrupt) that at the end of the story, they lose. Things aren't really going as bad as you might think, over there. Much of the negativeness is the opinionated/biased reporting from our MSM. The same ones who ignored the real reason President Bush landed on the LINCOLN.

They are more truly the enemy than all the corrupt foreign aid officials, UN, etc.
