The Maha Rushie is going to Afghanistan next week. To support our troops and see what's there. Yep, no golf tour over there. Its great to see high-fives from a patriot and great-all round American, Rush Limbaugh. Safe journey and godspeed! You have the best wishes and thoughts of all Americans on this amazing trip to Central Asia.

I hope he takes a video crew. I can't wait to see pictures.
Did he sound a little disappointed not to be going to Iraq?

I can't wait to hear all the audio clips from the troops on the following week's radio shows; the Left is going to get an earful! ;^)

The only thing worse is if Rush tackled him himself :)

The only way to top that is if Rush was the one to capture Osama.....and blow cigar smoke in his face.
That would make the libs drop Abu Ghraib in a heartbeat.

...and I think one of the reasons that we're not being told anything coming out of Afghanistan is because the news is mostly good. Good point, Rush. Bring us the real story. I think this will also be a huge morale boost for our troops in Afghanistan.
Rush, please let our fighting men and women know that not only do we thank them, but we're also darn proud of them, support them 100% and pray for their success and safety.

Did he sound a little disappointed not to be going to Iraq? Not at all. He's looking forward to reminding the world how successful our efforts have been in Afghanistan---and meeting with the troops who made and continue to make this success possible.
I'm really looking forward to his reports.

"I'm really looking forward to his reports. "Me too.
He seems to be a kind of isolated guy. Getting out more is probably a good idea.

He will. This is going to be so cool. I bet the MSM refuses to cover any of his meetings, because they are going to be love-fests with the troops.

Wait until we see Rush interacting with the troops. Then wait and see how Hillary is received in Iraq. I think it will be clear whom the Troops think the most of. Give Em Hell Rush.

I would bet Rush will get a reception about a thusand times louder and better than that of hillary and her senate lackies, maccain, snowe, etc.

I think it was on Sean Hannity's radio show that a member of the armed forces stated that Hillary's visits are not enjoyable. They only pose with her because it is required and even still they do not like it. Always look at the expression of the "little people" around her. It looks as if they are attending a funeral.

Rush Limbaugh is doing this for no other reason than he can brag to his golf buddies that he was in Afghanistan. I am beginning to think that Rush and his cohorts high up in the party and the administration have taken us into WWIII and they don't even realize how precarious a situation this country now finds itself.

And you are posting that opinion because you don't understand why Dubya is not acting like Billy Jeff Clinton did in Somalia.

I think the very fact that there's not a whole lot of reporting out of there means the news is good. "No news is good news" . . . because good news "isn't news."
