Suing the city just sues the taxpayers. It's be more fun to sue the accusers for filing a false report...

Sued taxpayers may then oust corrupt politicians.

The former defendants should sue the homo-fascist Pinkshirts who instigated these charges for malicious prosecution. To coin a phrase, they should hand the homos' ASSES to them.

From what I have read and seen in video this was the correct decision.
These Christians were executing their right of peaceful assembly.
If anything the 'pink brigade' should have been arrested for their actions.

We are one of the very few countries that protects unpopular speech," Dembe said after viewing a videotape of the arrests. Since when is telling the truth "unpopular speech"? Getting past that, it was a good decision.

Great to see the charges dropped! Finally, a judge with sense.
They should sue the prosecutor (not sure if that's possible. Sue the city, otherwise), and they should sue the people that brought charges on them. And they should make sure it hurts.
But, they may not do any of that. It depends on what type of Christian they are.

ABSOLUTELY!!
This is a most awesome outcome. Congratulations to all those in Philly who kept the FAITH, and didn't give up on GOD's ability to rescue them.

If you can control your municipality, then I guess someone might have a cause of action against you the taxpayer. I think suing the city lacks proper satisfaction.

EXCELLENT NEWS!!!! But those charges never should have been brought to begin with.
To: Free and Armed
This is as it should be. No charges should ever have been filed.

This is even better. But .. it's going to take lots of funds to do this. And .. be prepared it could take years.
However, the group should do whatever they feel GOD wants them to do - and no more. Because .. if GOD's not in it they will not win.

The DA in this case is just as guilty. Stating that reading from the Bible are "fighting words".

Is this an elected position ..?? If it is .. his words and actions will not set good with voters.

The taxpayers should be careful who they elect.
