She is a power hungry politician. I'm not even sure she will run. But the effort to cast herself as a moderate is a joke to all but the MSM. If she does run, she will motivate the Republican and conservative base like no other Dem candidate could. She brings a lot of baggage: first and foremost her husband! No national defense experience other than serving on the Armed Services Committee. A dedication to children's and women's issues, whatever that means.
Personally, what I really think will do her in is the 24x7 attention over the course of a year that a presidential candidate receives. The MSM will not be able to cover for her as they did in her Senatorial bid in NY. Finally, she is a terrible speaker who often puts her foot in her mouth - remember her Gandhi remark last year?

And I have had the thought cross my mind that it is entirely possible that he could stumble across somebody with whom he actually falls in love ...Bubba is much too much in love with himself for that to happen!

No he cannot. By the same amendment that bars a two-term president from serving again, such a person cannot serve as VP where they could be in a position to become the President again.

She can give good lip service, but will she change her votes...?

>>Sorry, but I have no sympathy for someone who allows themselves to be victimized. The first time, you are a victim. The second time you're an idiot. Beyond that, you get what you deserve.<<
If that view loses votes for Hillary, then I'm all for it.
But, Hillary is not a victim.
Hillary is a conspiring activist who is intent on
fulfilling her divine destiny to rule America.
Bill Clinton was (and is) her ticket to power.
They are a team.
She needs his charisma, He needs her drive.
Hillary lets her man have other women.
And she likes having other women too.
And there you go. Bill and Hillary.

The NAG-HAGS and dem-lib-socialists who love her will never desert the camp -- no matter what she does or what she says. Those of us who hate her will never be swayed over to the dark side. We know too much about her and will never trust anything she does or says. Hopefully, there aren't enough wool-headed sheeple out there who can be spirited over to the dark side to make her electible.Love your words of wisdom!
Yes, keep the Light on, share your view of Hillary with family and friends. Point out how EVIL Hillary is, point out her shifty nature.
If Hillary (or one of her kind) ever wins the Presidency, the Battle will just begin. We (OUR KIND) will need to fight off the lies and deceptions for many years to come.
Teach the Children Well.
They or their children MUST know what is true
and what is not.

As Rummyfan pointed out in post #84, Bill Clinton cannot run for VP because he is ineligible to be elected President again. Besides that, electors cannot vote for two candidates from their own state, so if Bill and Hillary have the same legal address then the New York electors could not vote for both of them. (That's why Dick Cheney had to change his legal residence back to Wyoming in 2000, so that the Texas electors could vote for both Bush and himself.)

You can repackage her anyway you want to, she is still a 60's radical with socialist tendencies.

No argument from this corner. As I said in an earlier post, Ms. Rodham is without a soul. I know she is not a victim. But if you are a woman who believes in Hillary, you have to believe one of two scenarios. Either she is the strongest woman in the world to be able to deal with the harsh reality of being married to the world's most public philanderer (which would make her a victim in their eyes), or she is a power hungry b**ch who will stop at nothing (Vince Foster, Whitewater) to get what she wants. How is either one of those things admirable? As a woman, I just can't understand any woman who admires her.

LOLOLOL!!!! Yes, I've pointed that out for years!!! What a sordid past. BTW, Newt G. was on Hannity and Colmes last night talking about what a formidable contender she will be in '08! I agree. But Condi can take her, hands down!! Right?

"Of course, Hillary's cult members spin "...smartest woman..." Ruthless and megalomanical is a better assessemtn of Hillary's mental prowess. She is a transparent demagogue and is duplicitious as hell."
My thoughts exactly.
Anyone with half a brain that is willing to forego morals, loyalty, truth and plain human decency can go very far in this world.
It's takes much more talent & intelligence than this woman ever had to do it honestly.
I agree, Dad2Angels.
That's why Condi Rice shines so much brighter and truer by comparison to that Horrid Hillary.

yes, you're right, Rummyfan. Keep that tidbit of info in your files so we can use her foul, antiSemitic rages against her heading up to 2008.

The comparison we need to be careful of is the one between her darkness and the screamer Dean.
I've said, as have others, that the reason for the Dean choice for head of the DNC is to keep the far left happy while at the same time making hillary look more centrist by comparison thereby holding on to the more moderate Democrats.
Those that remain that is.

Yep - a fair assessment of the Demirats' strategy! Man, it's gonna be another four years of political warfare.
