It is, developing but democracy.

Between 1990 and 1992 Albania ended 46 years of xenophobic Communist rule and established a multiparty democracy. The transition has proven difficult as successive governments have tried to deal with high unemployment, widespread corruption, a dilapidated infrastructure, powerful organized crime networks with links to high government officials, and disruptive political opponents. International observers judged parliamentary elections in 2001 to be acceptable and a step toward democratic development, but identified serious deficiencies. Some of these were addressed through reforms in the Albanian electoral code prior to the nationwide municipal elections in 2003.

WOW!!! This is one of the great speeches of American history, along with "I have a dream" and "Tear down this wall".

A great speech about great ideals.

Too bad the French are such disgusting people. They are cowards. We have carried the water for them for too long, and we have allowed them to spit in our face for too long.

I wish that Ronald Reagan, upon hearing that France would disallow the use of French airspace in the attack on Libya, would have recalled the aircraft and ordered the flight plans changed to bomb Paris instead.

Well, if it's any consolation to you, we did bomb their embassy in Tripoli.

IIRC, Ann Coulter wrote a column that mentioned on the bombing trip of Libya/Kadafhi we "accidentally" dropped a bomb on the french embassy as we returned. OOOps!

Syria and its "mafia-like" operatives may yet suffer the whirlwind they sowed in Lebanon by assassinating Hariri.

A cooperative effort among countries that value their ties to the Middle East offers the best chance of success in freeing the Lebanese people.
