French...Fighters..? That's almost a contradiction, you mean a Frenchman is willing to fight? I'm impressed, maybe if the French start to show some guts they can be promoted from weak nothings beneath our notice to terrorists worthy of our wrath.

>So the French Foreign Ministry doesn't consider them French, but persons of French nationality

This situation
I bet becomes more common
in the coming years.

Heck, I wouldn't mind
seeing, say, Ted Kennedy
being described as

not American,
but a U.S. national . . .
It solves some issues . . .

"Islamofascist", I know that this is a term that we frequently use, but I think it is inaccurate. The term Islamoterrorist fits but the Fascist doctrine doesn't coincide with the Muslim terrorists thinking.

"Two of them have admitted they came to make jihad against the Americans . . . They will be tried in Iraq," Amin said. "They are criminals and we are here to see justice is done."

Frog Islamofascists on trial!

This does surprise me: I had not heard the term "French fighters" much before.

It's called an oxymoron.

Do the French "insurgents" refuse to fight for more than 35 hrs. per week?

Not your average born and raised in France French, but rather Islamists with French passports.

The words 'French' and 'Fighting' do not compute! Of course, they're probably islamofascists.
