The Skval and ver. II are nuclear capable and would not need an improved guidance system if launched in volleys. These are pretty fast to say the least.... It may be noted that they are trying to improve the guidance system, not that the guidance system would matter with a nuclear "proximity" explosion or devastating direct hit to a hull with a conventional munition.
