Yes--the Second Amendment is taking another hit--and I fear that this is a big one.

"Democratic complaints he had helped craft administration policies that contributed to the torture of foreign detainees following the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the United States."

Didn't he just write a memo?? This has always been such a lame accusation based on rank speculation. He never, ever, gave the go-ahead for "torture" to take place like we saw at Abu Grahib. That's the bottomline.

Bayh is not representing his consituents here in Hoosierland. Saddening to see a once honorable man fall in with the likes of Boxer, Kennedy, Byrd and that group of miserable pieces of humanity.

No mention of his legal status...please start a raving vanity.

Very cute, and juvenile.

2nd. ammendment takes another hit!

No it didn't. Gonzales won't be creating laws, only enforcing them.

Haven't we learned that Alberto Gonzales supports open borders?

Michele Malkin shed some light on Mr. Gonzales!

reenact clinton assault weapon ban, he wil ok passage of it!

Uh, the Attorney General doesn't pass legislation, that is the domain of Congress. If you're so worried, contact your Congress Critters and relax. The AWB is beyond DOA in the House.

Good for him. And to those who say Gonzales is pro-abortion, quit distorting his record. It's a charge based on a Texas Supreme Court opinion regarding the wording of the Texas Parental Notification law, taken wholly out of context probably by those who never even read the decision.
