FireFox is good, but it really sucks at CSS. Security is a prime issue, but FF needs to be compliant with W3 standards.

Firefox is far more CSS compliant than IE. Actually, that's it's problem -- it is only good at understanding compliant CSS, so poorly-written CSS may not render properly. IE is much better at rendering bad HTML and CSS.

My biggest gripe is when viewing PDF pages inside the browser. The Acrobat plug-in really slows down the browser and causes an annoying freeze until it's completely loaded for the first time.
