No. To my knowledge, it has not been distributed. But the reports from people who attended the panel discussion and heard Jordan make the accusations also said that the discussion was videotaped.
Accordingly, there is a videotape. Whether the World Economic Forum allows its release is another question.
I would imagine there are two markets for the tape: Arab news outlets...and American conservatives. Under the circumstances, I wouldn't be surprised if the WEF states that the tape of that particular panel has been re-used and destroyed.
