They went right into one of my relative's barns and tore open some rabbit cages to eat the rabbits --- when they lose their shyness or fear of humans, what would stop them from grabbing a young child not even in a cage? To some animals we're just food.

It's actually doubled in size since I lived there, if you can believe that.

$200 BATF Tax Stamp covers the full-auto sear, another $200 Stamp covers the silencer/ suppressor. Pretty simple, really. Just a lot of paperwork, background checks etc to go through for 5-6mos.

I have never known of a coyote attacking a child. I may be wrong.

There have started to be stories. When animals are no longer hunted, over several generations they begin to lose their 'innate' fear of humans. Then we're just another animal to them. I have read some stories of small children being attacked in their own suburban yards. Not many yet, thankfully but it's only a matter of time, since it's not lawful to lightly harass or even dispatch any of these animals in city limits and put the 'fear of humans' back into 'em.

Yeah...if you have dogs, there is no excuse for letting them run on other peoples properties in todays world. There are electric fences and collars available today. Cats can't be helped though in the country....gotta give cats a break....

Go to your local Armorer/ FFL licensee, he can supply the forms, help fill them out, and tell you the steps you need to take to get done what you want to accomplish.

Local sheriff's office does the background check ($10 fee), get 3 passport pics taken, Armorer will send in completed app(s) with appropriate number of $200 checks, and wait 5-6mos.

I have three AR-15s with short barrels, silencers, pistol grips, folding stocks, EoTech and ACOG glass, laser and lights, tactical sling, 3-round burst and full-auto options. Ditto for my two AR-10s.

Remember that pistol grips and folding stocks were illegal until the AWB sunsetted in September '04; I'd gotten my Class III permits long prior to that wonderful day.

Almost forgot, that there are 3-4 BATF fingerprint card sets to be taken and submitted with all the other documents.
