The Dubuque TH for 02/02/05 has the headline "UW-P woos Japanese firm." Hopefully, no foreign student with a hard-on about the Japanese will use tax dollars to persuade the UW-P faculty senate to divest and/or distance themselves from the perpetrators of Nanking, Pearl Harbor and Bataan.
