I am shocked they didn't abide by the law!! NOT!!!
Yeah, right. You must have forgotten about the teachers union.
Most of the goofing around I've seen is pretty typical of teens--water bucket over the director's head, water balloon fights at band camp and shaving cream fights. Never shaving cream on the instruments though!
I'm at a loss as to why the " reporter " found it necessary to include this bit of information?
Talkin' softball
Mattingly and Canseco
Ken Griffey's grotesquely swollen jaw
Steve Sax and his run-in with the law
We're talking Homer...
Ozzie and the Straw
how is that not a good choice of words? he taught us how to play different instruments, can that be taken sexually? no, because thats what they are, instruments, and that s the least bit sexual. what would you rather they say? taught how to play flute? clarinet? percussion? saxophone? Many students under his instruction were able to learn many different instruments, including me. and in music, one of the only words to use is instrument
you really think any parent who doesnt know the man is going to let their child be taught by him even if he is innocent? i understand that my family would be ok with it, as would plenty of others who knew him as the great teacher that he is. but face it, this witch hunt thing got out of hand and killed someones career.
Just like in many other cases, the teacher just goes to a different school and no one is the wiser. Also, it doesn't matter if there are many who like this teacher. If he did what he is accused of he should have his teaching credentials removed. But, we all know that isn't going to happen.
