Give him ten years and he will graduate from animals to humans. Sick, sick, sick.

Hunting, killing, cooking and eating your food is certainly a "life skill." About time the dummies realize the skills he demonstrated are more valuable than how to compare hog-dog prices in a supermarket.

used a knife to kill the Guinea pig at home before cooking them in class This strikes me as a little bizarre. Johnny has such bad luck with his pets.

Currently in Peru, Bolivia, and Ecuador, the roasted Guinea Pig is a typical food. One man's pet is another man's, er boy's, food.

Yep, as do all butchers. You know, the guys that kill and cut up all that meat we eat everyday. "Have it your way" and all that.

You go to the supermarket and by a steak and are OK with that? Well someone had to do the killing for you...
There isn't a thing wrong with you or anybody else killing an animal for food..

I did the same thing as a boy. Pet rabbits were never kept long from the dinner table. Chickens too, although sadly the Easter duck died too soon to be much more than a mouthful.
I have killed and eaten birds, rabbits, squirrels, and untold number of fish.
My hat is off to the boy! Unless the animals he killed and ate were his little sister's. Then, like me - he needs a good paddling!!!

such bad luck with his pets. Don't get me started on my dead cat stories.
We've gone through about 15 in the last eight years.
All accidents... at least most of them.

Lots of kids are taught to skin rabbits for food. I don't see the problem here except that he wasn't honest about where he got the rabbit.

yum...roast cuye.
In the Andes of COlombia and Peru, they raise guinea pigs as a source of protein. My adopted son says that when he was a little boy, he would sleep in the warm kitchen, and loved to hear them murmuring at night.
When his mom thought the kids looked pale and needed meat, she'd kill a couple and make stew.
We think it's disgusting to eat them, but then my son called shrimp "worms" and it took awhile before he'd eat any...

yeah, that's the woman that received trading instructions on her jet plane as it landed in texas to take on fuel before vacationing in ol' mechico.
then she whined that she was mis-treated.
and then usa today's feminists argued that she was mis-treated.
and then usa today's feminists said she should be helpin' po' folks cook and not go to jail.
keep in mind that she was a stock trader earlier in her career and knew damn well what she was doing.

Yes, she knew. Her only mistake was that she lied to the SEC. She never should have talked to them. Too arrogant for her own good.

No, don't get me wrong, I love meat. My father-in-law is a trapper in Arizona, I have not problem with eating meat. My point is that "little Johnny" went to a pet store. These were not wild animals. He couldn't hunt for them so I just think he is sick to go to a pet store. What if he bought a dog at that pet store an killed and skinned it? I lived in Korea for 3 years and rescued a cute poodle from such a fate.
