Actually they are probably about equal when you factor in cost of living.

Nope. Government employees are just very well compensated in those reaches. California beleive it or not is not a cheap place to live. It ain't Arkansas.

Common misconception. His budget for next years increases spending by 7 Billion dollars. He is merely slowing the rate of spending growth.

I think that is well past time to take control of our schools back from the NEA and other socialist groups that have more or less ruined our educational quality and replaced it with a political agenda.

Well I actually own property in LA, Orange and Riverside Counties, so I have some vague familiarity with the market.

About 1.1% of orginal purchase price plus 2% per year increase thereafter typically.
