Accused of 11 counts of MURDER, Illegal Immigrant Juan Manuel Alvarez, 25, of MEXICO, who parked his sport utility vehicle on the tracks.

Illegal immigrant? Driving a SUV presumably he owns? Doesn't add up.

Restore, please reveal where you are getting information this "man" is an illegal alien, or stop posting it. The only thing I've found that might indicate that is that the news said he may face "federal" charges

Sounds like we may get to test President Bush's new foreign policy on our own continent. By evidence of the number of Mexican citizens coming to our country illegally, there must be something wrong with the government to our south. They sound rather corrupt.

Federal charges could have to do with "interstate transportation". Interupting interstate transportation or threatening interstate transportation is a federal offense.

He said Mexican leaders are demanding meetings to discuss the issue.

I'm getting sick and tired of Vicente Fox and his Banana Republic cronies demanding a damn thing from the U.S. They blatantly ignore our laws, they gleefully train law-breakers how to remain under the radar, then they have the nerve to preach to us.

I'm sick of Mexico placing any demands on the U.S.

Sounds like they want to jump on Condi.

LOL. I think they'll think twice when they learn she has far, far bigger cojones than her predecessor. I think they'd be better off going to the top than messing with Condi . . . and I'm a devout GW fan.

Condi is that rare creature who can bedevil you at a Formal Ball . . . then kick your ass in an alley brawl.

They have been corrupt for years.

About 7 years ago a similiar warning came out.

My son had fishing trip planned to Cabo and his friend was going to Mexico for an annual off road race for 4 wheel drive vehicles (separate trips on the same week).

I sent my son the warning, and the father of his friend sent his son a warning.

Both of them being young 30 somethings, laughed at us and went on vacation.

The worse thing that happened to my son was one afternoon his guide served my son and his friends warm beer on the fishing boat. The guide hadn't bought enough ice for the beer and the heat of the day.

My son's friend had a different vacation. He and a few other racers were shot at by banditos in an attempt to steal their vehicles, money and maybe worse. They out ran the bad guys. My son's friend had several bullet holes in his vehicle and one in his arm with a small piece of bone chipped away. That happened during the peaceful presidency of el Clintoon.

My son and his wife plan to return to Cabo in a couple of months for fishing and vacation.

I think I'd rather go fishing in Canada. :)

It ain't warm in Canada this time of the year.

Also, my son is more to the right than I am, and he might be attacked by the left wing homosexual driven idiots in Canada.

Brrrr. You're right. Canada is a bit nippy at this time of year. We were deep into Canada recently, and the people were very hospitable with a few exceptions. (some males from Quebec and someone at a gas station who was vocally impatient at our presence)

Isn't it time that Mexico took responsiblity for their own
people?

They are. The racist elitists who rule Mexico are ethnically cleansing their country by sending their "undesirables" to us.

Not to nitpick, but I thought that case was a Satanic or Witchcraft cult incident (was on Unsolved Mysteries briefly)...it was in Matamoros (sp?) I think.

The outburst of Mexican irritation

Surprise surprise surprise. They expect us to keep quiet about their crime --- just like they expect the families of the murdered girls and women in Ciudad Juarez have. Money --- they're only concern --- they don't want Americans warned because of the loss of tourist dollars.

Mexicans were always very smug arrogant how Americans were the drug-users and Mexicans were the drug sellers --- why should they care if Americans destruct and die using drugs --- and Mexicans were incapable of using drugs they thought. The drug trade would destroy the USA --- and make Mexico very rich and powerful they figured --- they boasted. Now Mexico is a big mess --- and has a terrible drug use problem. The crime rate is incredible --- and in such a short time because it used to be quite low-crime. It's pretty ironic --- but it seems drug money destroys the selling country more than the buying country.

Many of the murdered girls and women in Ciudad Juarez have their bodies mutilated in a way that looks like satanic rituals are involved. For an unknown reason many of them are gutted --- internal organs are removed from the corpses which makes some of the people believe it's about organs being stolen for transplant.

And this:

Derbez was stung Thursday by a formal announcement that the United States would not support his candidacy for leadership of the Organization of American States. Washington threw its backing to former Salvadoran President Francisco Flores.

--- El Salvador has sent it's army to fight alongside us in Iraq ---- I would think that country deserves a little more than the backstabbing Mexicans who refused us any support --- not even a vote much less army.

I simply don't understand our policies. The only thing I can guess at is the corporate/corp farm lobby for open borders and the hope for the Mexican vote.
