FOX may not, but the LE knows. What I find strange, is if he is here legally why don't they say that, since everyone from radio stations to the average joe on the street is asking.

That's why I think there's a 'Problem' here. Some of these Elites are so Pro Illegal that I don't doubt they would take considerable pains to avoid disclosing his possible illegality. IMO if he is illegal they'll wait until a moment when it might be drowned out by other breaking news.
