I'll bet Dr. Hosack sure would appreciate a $20 check.

Liberals see law-abiding folks who defend themselves as outlaws.

Of course they do.
They think robbery is the shortest path to the "fair redistribution of wealth", too.
Why, if that evil doctor hadn't drawn a gun, that poor drug addict would never have been forced to attack him and the other innocent thug would have never been shot.
After all, the "boys" had only been out on an eco-friendly nature walk when the doctor assaulted them with his vehicle.
No doubt further investigation will prove the vehicle was an SUV, as well.

This an excellent example of why it is a bad idea to fire warning shots.
This is not the first case where the prosecution used the location of spent brass to prosecute the shooter. Perhaps this is a small, but relevant, reason to consider a revolver?

This makes me sick. If you don't want to be allowed to defend yourself with a gun, then move to GB.

Take it to the court of public opinion. A direct mail letter to the local residents detailing all the facts would expose judge Mickelson The letter would seek support for removing him from the bench. The letter should also present the facts regarding Coos County District Attorney, Paul Burget's involvement.

This is a typical case of injustice when a judge decides things based on his prejudices rather than the simple facts.
This judge should be the one in jail.

Any pictures of these vermin available?

The Charter Arms Bulldog .44 special is a nice handfull. Myself, I'll take a Mod 36 or 60 S&W because they are lighter.
Revolvers don't leave brass on the ground so you cannopt be charged with littering.
Frangible bullets do not leave rifling marks to confuse lab techs.

As I said earlier, I'll bet Dr. Hosack sure would appreciate a $20 check from GOA and NRA members.

And just why was this a judge tried case instead of a jury? Don't tell me, let me guess. Because the guy didn't want a lawyer because he hates lawyers they're only blood sucking parasites and he doesn't need a lawyer only people who are guilty need lawyers and he's innocent and he can be his own lawyer after all all you have to do is tell the judge what happened when you're telling the truth only people who are lying need to pay a lawyer to use all those procedural tricks and talk that mumbo jumbo.
And so now he has to depend on an obscure legal foundation on the other side of the continent to find him a lawyer to undo the huge legal mess he got himself in by not having a lawyer.
I feel sorry for the guy, just like I do every time I hear this same sad tale.

Now did you say this case was in Great Britain? America? You have got to be kidding. Was this in front of a jury? one judge? A jury would not have convicted.... at least I hope not.
To: Iwo Jima
to find him a lawyer to undo the huge legal mess he got himself in by not having a lawyer. How did you come to that conclusion?
And are you a lawyer?

something doesn't seem right...4 guys attack you, shots involved, someone hit, threats of return and no one present thinks they should call the cops? Did the stories of the everyone else match up?
