Several years ago I was a cab driver. Often in the early hours a fare would want to pick up a hooker. If the woman looked good she had to be a cop, as I had never seen an attractive hooker working the street. I was never wrong on my assessment, every time I warned about the police sting, I would see the john arrested.
I would take them to the desired street – and warn about how many were drag queens, the high STD rate etc. It never seemed to make a difference. Even when I saw that the “hookers” were cops doing a sting the fare would ignore my warning.

I was simply stating the facts and purposely left out the fact that the case that jury was being selected for a case involving violence in a trailer park. So, please, spare me your sensitivities. If I really wanted to stereotype Southerners, that article gave me plenty of ammo that I chose not to use because, no, I don't think all Southerners are like that.
