I have to agree with the sentiment.I agree! While the comment was crude, it was neither irreverent nor mean-spirited. I'm willing to give someone a pass for good-natured exuberance.

If you are proud of purposely shameful behavior, you have no honor.

Yup. All those corporations are coughing up all those shareholder dollars just because they are caught up in the exuberance of the moment. Yup. No influence peddlin' here...
But the Democrats do it too, so we shouldn't complain.

The guys in Fuel aren't hippies. From what I understand some of their stuff has a decidedly conservative bent.

Agreed. There are a lot of Freepers on this thread who prove the point that the South Park movie portrayed. According to them, Hillary Duff should have been wearing a burkha.

According to them, Hillary Duff should have been wearing a burkha. Name one freeper who requested she wear a burkah. We'll wait patiently while you find one.

So that's why Cheney told Leahy to "F---Off"?No, Cheney wanted to communicate with Leahy and was limited to Leahy's level of comprehension.

The people around here call themselves 'conservatives.'
What a joke. What a bunch of hypocrites.
This is not being prude to condemn a jerk who is supposed to be a role model and then comes out wearing an American Flag in spouting the 'F' word.
How cute.

Figure of speech. A previous poster referred to them as moralisitic prudes. They whine and cry and carry on about one word.
There were probably people dancing at this event. Are they going to be "offended" by that as well?

Let's put it this way: I'd much rather hear these young guys referring to us as the "greatest f***ing country" rather than what I have heard from many of my generation for the last forty years such as, "man, this country just f***s you over" as if they're entitled to more.
To: rintense; PJ-Comix; TheBigB; E Rocc
Amen to that. I can't wait to see how the usual suspects on that front react.
