I heard much of the exchange between Secretary [to be] Rice and Mrs. Boxer. I was impressed by Condi's uncompromising honesty, frankness, and statesmanship.

Certainly Condi knew that she was being interrogated by a woman with the intelligence of a tapeworm, but she maintained both her position and her poise.

Quite unintentionally, Mrs. Boxer showed the Senate and the world just how capably multifaceted is Dr. Rice.

I disagree that Bush and Condi know where the WMD's are. If they knew the location they would have given atleast a few stockpiles up just to show the world and justify the war to everyone who was against it.

There is no way in hell they would hold that back in an election year.

If they were worried about national security they would just keep the location a secret and have some GI's load up a truck's worth and show it to the press.

Most people with half a brain realize that many of the Dems that still occupy capitol hill supported a non-UN sanctioned attack on Iraq when Clinton was in office during the height of the Monica Lewinsky scandal.
