That is a wonderful phrase.
We've got kids dying over there.
Kerry still has no clue. He is truly stuck in the Viet Nam era. This is such an insulting way to refer to our fighting men and women. They are highly trained and professional adults who have chosen to serve their country. We owe them our gratitude and our respect.
I'm about ready to vomit - John F'n Skerry is using his time to question Rice to not only blast her, but to continue his political platform - anti-war in Iraq. He is restating the lie that no weapons or evidence of weapons were found in Iraq.
"Headline should read "Clueless Senator calls Dr. Rice a liar'"
Dr. Rice should never allow herself to be defensive during this hostile hearing. Dr. Condi Rice should retort with "Do you have a question that is relative to my loyalty to the U.S Constitution and to U.S sovereigncy?"
Also, Condi should vomit on Sen. John Kerry.

I just had a nightmare of a thought: If John Kerry had won the election, would he have appointed Barbara Boxer Secretary of State?
It's GOOD that this nation gets a close-up view of belligeranting Boxer.
How did John Kerry ever get on this committee??????????????
Hey! Kerry's not orange any more!!
The more Barabara Boxer gets her mug on TV, the better for Conservatives and Republicans.
Why "black"? Why not just say Dr Rice will be the first woman secretary of state?
It's time for the rest of the world to acknowledge what we on FR have known for years: Madeleine Albright was not a secretary of state; Madeleine Albright was a joke.
Rice has class; Boxer is a moronic weasel.
