As far as I know, you can't appeal a case that you won 30 years after the fact.

It's disgraceful that the pro-"choice" people don't fully explain its real meaning: Your choice is to kill your child.
Particularly these pro-death cultists prey on young adults who simply don't possess the maturity to understand all the implications. It's a disgrace that our kind of society allows this to continue.

Doesn't she know that it wasn't her case, it was the ACLU's?

I couldn't agree more. This is not about someones right to practice some New Age religion that doesn't hurt anyone else. Your CHOICE KILLS another human life. What about the rights of the child.

I hope and pray I am wrong but I have a funny feeling the Bush Administration will not be going out of their way to assist in this case. I would not be surprised if they file a Friend of the Court brief that is unsupportive of overturning Roe v Wade.

You can ask that the verdict be set aside.

How true, how true. The abortion industry is in it ONLY for the money -- and nothing else....just like the trial lawyers (like John Edwards used to be)....

I'm very sure that she knows this...and that she has access to the BEST legal representation as she seeks to overturn the Roe vs. Wade legislation...

I have faith in President George W. Bush.
I must admit that while he has an "unconventional" way of enacting policies, etc his HEART is in the right place -- both figuratively and literally!

You would do better to put your faith in God instead of man, any man, including W.

That's a little better than the first draft. I wish I could share your confidence in the man but I remember all the talk about Jimmy Carter and his faith. Over time that has proven to be a sham. The direction the GOP has taken on abortion leaves me in doubt. In fact I feel the vast majority of the GOP has been deceiving us on this issue. Recent revelations on Nixon and foreign policy regarding population control, including abortion, has me concerned. The timing of this policy near about the time of Roe v Wade is just too much for me to ignore.
There is a move to repeal this hateful policy but it has yet to be done. The father (#41) was pro abortion up until he was approached to be Reagan's VP. His mother and his wife have been quoted making clearly pro abortion statements. And oh course the continued funding by the federal government of abortion clinics. The myth is the funding is for "other" services but handing someone a faulty condom as you are scheduling their abortion is yet another sham. I doubt the SCOTUS would have dared to pass Roe if they thought the Congress or POTUS would balk. The Court would fold tomorrow with just a few changes to the national budget. The problem is not as hard to fix as so many pretend.

This woman will probably die in a car "accident."

I hope and pray you're wrong as well and do believe this stronghold is coming down. Too many prayer warriors ain't letting go and you know what God says about united prayer.

The Rule 60(b) motion was first filed in the summer, 2003. Taking a long time for someone to set up a car "accident", isn't it?

Well, how long do they have before the "final solution" is the only one left?
