This is an Arab journalist daring to criticize his own dictator. Of course, the journalist dare not call his dictator by name for criticism, so he uses the pseudonym "global Zionism" to mean "my dictator." Unfortunately, his readership--not just his dictator--will interpret that to mean "Israel."
