Just so that you know since there was a whole debate and everything going on about the cat frozen to the fence. I was the granddaughter that freed the cat on the morning of my birthday none the less. 3 of the 4 paws had damage so severe that they died and fell off leaving nothing but the nerve endings. The vets had to put it to sleep after it was released from quarentine(because it scratched me and bit my arrogant brother. Euthanizing the cat was the only thing they could do to free the cat of a life of pain...
