"Why would anyone in their right mind want to travel or be in hellholes like NYC or LA? Idiots like you I guess, who try to tell me about how I have been travelling and what I encounter and don't have a friggin clue."
Obviously you do all your travelling in your dreams.
Sometimes here in the real world...people live like 50 or 60 miles outside of NYC...and they travel to places on the west coast that may be near ummmmm....like LAX?
So the logical thing for people who live in the real world would be to travel from JFK....to LAX.
...talk about not having a clue...hehehehe
Happy Trails amigo.

"Also, you have to present a driver's license to board even domestic flights and have had to for decades now."
Uhh, yes you do now, and no I haven't in the past.
I don't bet. You're boring me.
Have a nice life.
First, regarding the origin of the 'right to privacy,' ever hear of Griswold v. Connecticut? It's about 7 years before Roe. That right was around in Supreme Court parlance long before Roe--it was part of the Court's plan to incorporate other rights as 'fundamental' before making the same play for abortion. And that case really demolishes your argument that there is no "right to privacy," when in fact there are plenty of rights that aren't enumerated that you and I would not give up whether the Court said they were or not, and there'd damn well better be. You have a right to have kids or not have kids, as you see fit. You have a right to choose who you marry.
The issue is not whether the rights are there. The issue is whether the Supreme Court has the right to claim that they are fundamental rights that the federal government can impose upon state governments as inalienable. We don't disagree as to Roe's wrongheadedness. Where we disagree is that you want to do away with a federal right to privacy. I would prefer we do away with federal imposition on states' rights.
Do not forget that in your zest to do away with a right to privacy and get those babies saved, the Court could have reasoned far worse in its opinion. Unfortunately, it's working on rectifying that, and probably will.
Live happy with your misconceptions, and don't try thinking out of the box, it is beyond you.
My zest to get rid of the right to privacy? You are drawing conclusions.
Look, you're saying there is no such thing in the Constitution, it's just a baby-killin' trick. There is such a right, whether it's not enumerated or not, and lack of enumeration doesn't do away with the rights we are granted by God.
Regardless, we agree it shouldn't be a basis for federal courts invalidating state laws against abortion.
You put words in my mouth that I am not saying. Good-bye.
It must have been some evil twin BullDog108 that posted this, instead of you, the WISE, learned BullDog108:
"Clear violation of what rights? Right to privacy? Where in the constitution does it mention a right to privacy? That right was created during Roe v Wade to kill babyies legally."
You claim here that I am somehow drawing conclusions. Am I to infer, then, that you SUPPORT the right to "kill babyies legally," or that you support some other right to privacy, by the statment above? How would the statement above imply any such thing? I didn't put any words in your mouth other than the silly ones that you posted. If you don't like eating them, don't spout off about that which you do not understand.
Idiot!
Gosh, what a witty retort! You should do your act on the Tonight Show! /sarcasm
Seriously, if you can't come up with a better response than that, you'd probably be better off on DU. They applaud eloquence such as yours.
Best that you stay in exile, losertarian.
Ah, more wit from the master. /sarcasm I suppose you reply to glean something you might be able to use later in your responses to the myriad folks who will obviously look down their noses at your feeble little comments. Scribble this down: you may toss all the ad hominems you want, and all the grade school-level insults you want, but in so doing, you still ain't able to hide the fact that YOU'RE WRONG, and your own words were so offensive to you that you had to start tossing insults to distract from them.
Glad to be of assistance losertarian, and thanks for reminding us all of why you are exiled.....
A) Learn to read. If you assisted ME in anything, it's proving that you don't know your ass from a hole in the ground, or the Constitution from that stuff you wipe your butt with.
B) Sorry, you've already used your 'exiled' and 'losertarian' insult quota for the month. That means you're probably out of snappy patter to toss around.
C) Stop trying to convince people they should kill babies.
