In line with the thinking of Dan Rather, who, when speaking of bill clinton, insisted a person could lie and still be an honest person. But of course this kind of generous thinking doesn't extend to a republican like, say, Nixon, does it?

The deoRats can move on with special interests. I will move foreward knowing that there is a lot of work to be done to balance the slate.

Moral relativism only applies to dems and criminals. Well, that's redundant!!

Unfortunately WA is mostly democratic thus the demo will win and people of WA will forget during the next election. I sincerely hope they remember and rise against this type of treachery. People of WA will forget during the next election but you hope they will remember?
I think the people of WA will not forget and they WILL remember. Main reason being, and to my surprise, is that many democrats broke party line when voting for a new governorship(this is a fact).
I agree that WA is predominately democrat (King County in particular)But no matter what party line, people remember when they felt cheated.
There really is no doubt that Gregoire will (at the very least) have a hard go of it.

When I read this in this AM's WSJ I was astounded at its writer'[S'] suggestion that sympathy was due Mr Rossi for this denial of Civil Liberties to the population of the State and that there seems no recourse.
Shade of George Will's asinine rants to the effect the California re-call of Gray-out Davis was too democratic.

Move On?
I like to say Move Forward as opposed to Move On. Only becouse Move On Org is a liberal biased democratic web site.
Anyways, I would not teach my kids that when something unfair happens and it looks as though they have won, we all should just forgive and forget -coping out is no way to heal. However, I beleive we all need to proceed in a civil manner.
