I did some checking myself and came to the exact same conclusion.

From the WeAreFamily website you find links to tolerance.org, where you find folks holding signs of the Matthew Shepard tragedy. Which of course has been demonstrated on 20/20 to be a robbery and not a hate crime.

Do you deny that Fallwell made the post-9/11 comments I attributed to him? (go ahead and do it, because I can back it up)

Your morally relative point(s) have nothing to do with this topic. This topic is about depraved homosexual agenda AND homosexual activists that surreptiously would corrupt innocent children. Censorship of this immoral trash is required. Only a depraved liberal would imply by omission or directly suggest otherwise.

I suggest you get on point and state your position if that is not too hard for you.

I have stated my position, Sir, earlier in this very thread.

I suggest YOU stop trying to cover your a** and tell us what you really think about homosexuals. Allow me to do it for you. To your kind of pseudo-conservative, quasi-Christian gay-baiter-- unfortunatlely so prevalent here on FR-- gays are less than human somehow and their behavior makes them worthy of not just personal religious contempt, but government oppression (which I thought that conservatives were supposed to be against; I guess that makes you more of a Big-Government Republican than the real deal).

Did you even think twice about how idiotic you are to do it before you viciously slandered ALL homosexuals by implying that they are all child molestors? What if I claimed that all straight Catholic clergy were child molestors based on the actions of a widely-publicized few? Would you expect that notion to go equally unchallenged here?
Your post was nothing but ugly, wild allegations unsupported by fact.

In fact, you didn't provide any basis for your "argument" at all, not even some ludicrous and bigoted rambling from a Jerry Falwell or Pat Buchanan clone.
You didn't even cite a Bible verse and try to pretend that the Bible's religious guidelines are legal orders to be forced upon all Americans (in the theocratic state you truly desire).
If you ask me, you're just not going that extra mile towards true lunacy. Maybe you're just lazier than the typical gay-basher.

For me, the big surprise is that you apparently expect me to sit here and "argue" points of the gay rights movement with you. How very arrogant of you. To me that's a little like trying to argue the effects of PM Sharon's West Bank policies with a virulent anti-Semetic, or trying to discuss private property laws with a communist-- it's a complete waste of time.

"*I* want to decide when they are ready for that information."

As a Mom, I TOTALLY AGREE with this statement!!

I just emailed my son's principal and said "please tell me you will not be showing this at **** Elementary."

-your ad hominem suggests you possess no valid argument supporting homosexual indoctrination of school children.

I assume you are aware of the concept of competing interests? Do you suggest children possibly suffer to support your version of depraved equality?

RE: "Do you suggest children possibly suffer to support your version of depraved equality?"

No, I most certainly do not, especially since I don't endorse the government acting to CURTAIL homosexual activity OR PROMOTE it using tax-payer funds. I never said that I supported the classroom "indoctrination" that you describ, because it is a mattter of an individual child's parents alone to give them their "moral" upbringing. Your "it takes a village to raise a child" red-herrings (largely the domain of the left, hmmm) don't distract me one bit, so save that s*** for the tourists.

On the other hand, do you acknowledge that millions of law-abiding, tax-paying men and women would unduly suffer underneath your quasi-fascist views on government repression and "censorship".

Do I have to remind you once again that your OPINION (and it can be nothing more than that) of homosexual behavior is just that, and cannot be made into the law of the land without sacrificing the right to life, LIBERTY, and the pursuit of happiness enjoyed by all American citizens?

Why do otherwise patriotic Americans like you refuse to extend the same rights and freedoms you enjoy (and some fight and die to defend) to someone based simply on your opinion of their sexual choice?

Why do you parrot this liberal meme? Homosexuals can do whatver is legal -as can we all. Homosexual activity is a moral choice that I disagree with. Teaching of and promotion of what I deem immoral such as homosexual activity upon my children is not a right of anyone save me.

Promotion of legislation, public opposition to, and enacting laws against what I deem immoral and harmful to my children is also my right.

I would suggest you have a problem with my rights in addition to having a problem with a majority's ability to enact legislation to promote what the majority deems necessary to the common good.

Homosexual activists conditioning my children to thier 'moral point of view rather than mine is not patriotic...

Yes, I saw that thread earlier...it's absolutely incredible and mind-boggling how, with a flip of a switch, these people act out in the most despicable ways when confronted by those who DISAGREE with their agenda:
“There is a special place in hell for people like you!”

These words were directed at me by a teacher during this past summer’s National Education Association (NEA) convention in Washington, D.C. This delegate to the NEA convention made his prediction in response to my presence at the NEA’s Ex-Gay Educators’ Caucus booth in the convention exhibit hall. His cheery salutation caught me off-guard given the message of tolerance and acceptance I had been hearing around the exhibit hall. This teacher disagreed with my views of sexual orientation and made sure I knew it.

Tolerance is a personal decision that comes from a belief that every person is a treasure....

(empasis mine) Okay so far....

...ignorance, insensitivity and bigotry can turn that diversity into a source of prejudice and discrimination...

While true, this has been placed here for a reason, one which ignores the old saw that "familiarity breeds contempt".

I pledge to have respect for people whose abilities, beliefs, culture, race, sexual identity or other characteristics are different from my own.

As a Christian, I am taught to 'love the sinner, hate the sin'. Why do I get the distinct impression that the words, "beliefs, culture" do NOT include those beliefs or cultures which find homosexuality to be distinctly and incontravertably wrong, and would not expose their children to it?

This is hypocrisy, foisted on unwitting children by those who can only extend their pool of potential partners through predation, using the seemingly innocent vehicle of fictional characters which children admire. I will not spend one dime on any product espousing any of these characters used in the video from here on out.

Now, am I diverse enough for despising the promoters of the homosexual agenda for ruining something else that was fun for me and my children?

Why can't they let children be children and leave sex (of any stripe) out of it?

At some level, you almost have to talk about the issue with them, if only because everyone else is.

So you should discuss birth control with your kindergardner? Let that point be later, and let that choice reside with the parents. What in the Hell are 61,000+ school/hours being used to indoctrinate kids about homosexuals for when the schools are barely teaching high school students to read?

And as for everyone doing it? That makes it right?

I JUST said to my husband that I have to make sure our school won't be using this crap. We have a very conservative school, so I have never had to remove my kids before, but this will do it.

You got it. There is nothing we can do to stop the distribution of this crap, that takes the battle to 61,000 fronts where we have to see that our schools, individually, do not utilize this material.

Later (starting today) I am not spending a dime on any of the products with these cartoon characters, and FedEx is an Ex provider of shipping. (Even though a trip to the store with my 5-year old will be hell.)

Even more disgusting is the fact that I will have to explain the boycott to her in simple terms, ones which do not involve sex.

Even if a campaign to shut this down is largely sucessful, some of this preversion promotion will get through.

Hey folks, let's not forget our critical reading skills. Yes, the AFA may have a suspicious agenda. But they did not produce this video. They latched onto it like leeches and are trying to warp it to their own purposes. How many times have groups that are out there tried to use the Bible to justify immoral purposes? Just because they like it doesn't mean that it is for the purpose they'd like it to be. The creators of the video appear to be promoting racial diversity, not the sexual stuff. I'll probably watch it before I let my kids see it, but please see the evidence before you condemn Spongebob and Barney.
