Well, how nice that these divers would voluntarily donate their time and expertise.

Poor baby. I saw the film this morning, and he was shivering so hard it was heartbreaking.

He's really a handsome boy.

D*mn nosy humans won't even let a stray dog get away with a decent suicide.

Well, at least one of them went out with a bang and successfully avoided the indignity of getting put-down at the pound. Maybe the notoriety will help the survivor find a good home now.

God bless the divers!

Thank God at least one of them lived, so the divers efforts weren't in vain.

Not to be cold, but outside of it being a good training exercise for the divers, these superhuman efforts to save animals sort of boggle my mind.

that's what I think, too......I know there are some who dislike chows and that chows have a reputatio, but I have a very big soft spot for them.

I have a 3/4 chow and wouldn't trade anything for her.

If the divers had waited much longer, the dog would've turned into a pupsicle!

I have a 3/4 chow and she is the best-behaved, mellowest, smartest dog in the world. We also have another dog who digs holes in the yard, barks, jumps over the stockade fence, runs away, and chews on our bannister. Makes our chow look even better!
