The traditional definition of an act of war is an armed conflict with an enemy. I'm failing to see how printing a book, no matter how offensive you may find it, could ever fit into that category.

Perhaps you are one of the unfortunates who fell through the cracks of our deplorable public education system. There is no "traditional" definition of an act of war. Examine your history. Wars have been precipitated by assassinations, trade barriers, narcotics trafficking, piracy, blatant disregard of another nation's sovereignty, and numerous other circumstances other than people landing on your shores with armed men. That might be where wars go, but certainly not how wars start.

The funniest thing in there is the shameless horn tooting by the Mexican Department of Exernal Relations (sort of like the State Department,) which runs the Mexican consulates abroad. Call the Department of External Relations! Don't sign anything without an attorney or consular agents! Visit one of Mexico's 45 Consulates! Register with the consular authorities! Wonder which department printed this pamphlet.

Horn tooting nothing... It's a full up Department of External Relations mariachi band. ;-)

Babelfish Translation.

Don't forget to include the parts where it says to cooperate with and not run from or antagonize the Border Patrol, nor to carry any weapons. Also remember to include the parts where it warns that persons who commit domestic violence in the United States get into heap Big Trouble. Wouldn't want to falsely imply that United States laws are disrespected.

Personal question: Are you at all literate in Spanish? Do you know what this book is actually saying?

Where did the hot secretary with the ghetto butt come from? Ex-White House intern or Coors Light girl to "assist" processing. Is that a absentee ballot he's filling out? And who is that telling him how to vote? Now on the other page, he is working a DNC phone bank. Hey, doesn't Canada have the same info? I am going to find it and print it out and give it to all of the ultra libs at work.

"Has Vincente Fox flown planes into buildings?"

No, he has filled our prisons with gang bangers, murderers, rapists, burglars, armed robbers....bankrupted our hospitals, and municipalities, turned nice cities into ghettos,...but no, no planes into buildings.

Here's the link to the polls;
http://www.worldnetdaily.com/polls/former_poll.asp?POLL_ID=1443

And the results of the immigration poll:

What would you tell President Bush regarding illegal border crossers?
America is a superpower, if you really WANTED to control the border, you would 27.51% (1313)
Get U.S. troops out of Europe and have them patrol the border 20.58% (982)
Your legacy will be how you destroyed America with your immigration policy 20.54% (980)
Shoot to kill, as done in countries which control their borders 12.01% (573)
Though I voted for you, I'd like to see you impeached on your immigration stance 7.42% (354)
Go ahead with your plan for the guest-worker program, it's a good idea 4.99% (238)
Don't encourage illegals by handing out blankets and water 3.86% (184)
Other 2.31% (110)
Eliminate the border, then immigrants wouldn't be illegal 0.67% (32)
Grant amnesty to all illegal aliens 0.13% (6)

TOTAL VOTES:

Some Freeper with more time on his/her hands should SPOOF this pamphlet in English, and change the references to Canada and Canadian law. Add a few pine trees and snow to the "desert" scenes, but otherwise leave everything intact. Then we can download it, print it on a color printer, and pass it out to all the liberals.

Uhh, shouldn't it then be in English and French? ;-)

Please explain to me, in detail, how that pamphlet differs in substance with the U.S. State Department's publications A Safe Trip Abroad or Tips For Americans Residing Abroad?

those don't start with the premise that the traveler will be illegally entering the foreign country and don't guide the traveler through the steps of the law-breaking process.
