There is no set time for him to be sworn in to office.
Sen Cornyn keeps mentioning the memo that Kenndy is harping about was a DRAFT memo and how it was LEAKED
`Cause I'm looking to make a few quick bucks. :)
What did Lindsey Graham do ?
He was jumping on the "torture" bandwagon in his questioning of Alberto.
see post 702 on this thread:

this may have been the best line of the day, "we are nothing like our enemy", was the retort from Alberto to Graham.
all in all, I was impressed with the guy today - my opinion of him went up. And to add to that, I don't think the white house has done a very good job in the prelude to this, backing him up. they have allowed the media left to define him as "mr torture", especially in the eyes of the sheeple who don't know anything the MSM doesn't tell them.
I heard just the last part of Hannity's conversation with Graham. Lindsey sounded a bit angry and then Sean said he had to go.
I think Graham believes he has quite a future and seizes every opportunity that will advance his own name. He seems particularly fond of those opportunities that separate him from the President. In the process he's used up all of the admiration I once had for him. In fact I look back at the impeachment days, when I first came to know of him, and think that too was more about Lindsey making a name for himself than anything else. He's a snake.
Does anyone have a transcript of Janet Reno's confirmation hearing? It's unbelievable that anyone can think she's more qualified than Gonzales. She was a despicable idiot.
I did not hear it unfortunately. but I hope Sean gave it to him good, when Gonzalez's best retort has to come against a republican on the committee, something is wrong. the Dems have a united front, talking points linked to their media outlets, a consistent message. our party has none of that, as such, our election wins result in muted power.
For now I'm optimistic that won't be the case. The Democrats are organized and they certainly win their fair share of nightly news cycle battles, but in November they lost the political numbers war. In the broader sense they are a completely disorganized party.
