Not always, but more often than not, where ever America offers serious financial aid and aid of our other resources. Those same people end up despising us.. I think we do it for our sakes not theirs.. The worlds lefists will NOT let any good deed go unpunished.. The punishment is democracy and socialism.. which has killed far more than any Tsunami ever has.. or WILL kill.. Socialism is merely a symptom of democracy..
