Heard from him via nasty e-mail today.
Since his nasty e-mail to DU and his behavior to others is in violation of Lycos terms of service, any corroborating information, such as a copy and link to his nasty e-mails, can be sent to Lycos' owner's abuse report addy at abuse@tripod.com
Had thought about making this a separate thread so that anyone who has had a nasty e-mail from him since his banning could chip in, but making a thread just for that would be stupid of me.
So I'm tossing this into the thread I last saw him in before his banning.
As a side note, his behavior violates Lycos' terms of service sections A, F, and W.
