No, let's not remind anyone of the terror that struck on 9/11. Wouldn't want to upset people with the truth.

For some people (maybe the weak hearted) up there on the top floor of the ESB, that is like saying, on a crowded elevator (when it stops momentarily), "I'll bet this thing gets stuck AGAIN! It ALWAYS gets stuck. Last time people were in here for five hours, and the lights went off at that."

On the other hand, Americans can never forget the attack on them by al-Qaida. So I suppose its the flip of a coin. I'd say, leave the photo booklets up there.

show the Twin Towers engulfed in flames. There are terrified people running from the scene, and one shot actually captures the second plane plowing into the South Tower.

the only thing missing is the pictures of the jumpers. That would help people understand the grim reality.
