BTW, I happen to live there. Since Phil Crane got defeated I don't even have a Republican representative, much less a Republican Senator or Governor, not to mention His Majesty, King Daley. It's hard to get more corrupt or more Democratic than Cook County and Illinois. H*ll, Peter Fitzgerald (ex Republican IL Senator) got so fed up with it he quit as Senator after one term.
